Should you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will proceed as normal unless it is deemed there is insufficient time to continue. Regular fees will still apply regardless. Remember, rescheduling or cancelling appointments has a ripple effect (it leaves us unable to fill our appointment slots).

Please note face masks are mandatory. Caldwell Place Clinic reserves the right to charge for treatments upfront. Payment upfront is required for all new patients and those with a history of cancellations. An initial assessment (and accompanying questionnaires) are required before starting treatment.

You can cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment with no charge. Cancellations should be done through the online booking system (“View My Appointments”) or by telephone (902-462-3362). Sending an email or message on social media is not an acceptable cancellation notification.

Appointments longer than 120 minutes per day are considered to be progressive accelerated treatments. Are you ready to begin this form of treatment, and are financially secure to proceed? Payment is required 21 days in advance, with a full refund up to 14 days before, and 50% refund up to 7 days before.

We offer text and/or email appointment reminders. Please note that the precise timing of your treatments is essential in order to align with your hair growth cycle, and to achieve permanent results.

Your health plan may offer full electrolysis coverage! Some health plans (such as Sun Life & Canada Life) offer full coverage for electrolysis, while some health insurance plans have “health spending accounts” (HSA’s) that offer partial or full coverage of all of our services. Be sure to inquire with your insurance provider.
